Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Items with visible wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
- Final sale items and customized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, actual shipping costs may be deducted in specific cases of non-defective returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
