• Items with visible wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
• Final sale items and customized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. For free-shipping orders, actual shipping costs may be deducted in specific cases of non-defective returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
